Martin Briesach has more than 40 years of experience in the securities industry. Mr. Briesach was Corporate Vice President of Fixed-Income Sales and Trading at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. During his 17 years at Schwab, Mr. Briesach worked closely with high-net-worth clients, helping them develop income strategies, as well as assisting clients looking to mitigate the risk associated with concentrated equity positions. Mr. Briesach was also the Director of Structured Products for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

Mr. Briesach completed courses in the CFP Certificate Intro Program at UC Berkeley while working with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Mr. Briesach is not a CFP. Mr. Briesach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Green & Sustainable Energy.

Mr. Briesach lives in North Carolina, with his wife, Judy. They enjoy playing tennis, pickleball, cooking, and golf. Martin’s son and daughter have both graduated from college; they work in engineering and finance.

David Halling has 30+ years of experience in the financial services business in a variety of positions. His career started in 1989, when he met Mr. Briesach while working at Charles Schwab and Company. Over the next three decades, he worked in a variety of positions, including operations, equity and fixed income trading/sales, and several management positions.

In addition to working at Charles Schwab and Company, his experience also includes firms such as KeyBank, Oppenheimer, and DA Davidson. Fixed income sales and trading has been his primary focus and has been invaluable in assisting his clients in managing their fixed income portfolios. Currently, David is studying for his CFP and marketing trust and estate planning services for a trust company.
